T Life Gallery is proudly to announce that we imported one of the most popular Raw Pu-erh tea brang - SuiYueZhiWei to Australia, for all of our loyalty customer to enjoy the wonderful fragrance of premium Quality Raw Pu-erh tea.
It is a special release from the brand, inspired by the Chinese traditional culture of the Twelve Zodiac Animals. Rooted in the belief that all things have a spirit, the combination of the zodiac and tea transforms into a unique representation of Chinese cultural heritage. Each year, this series selects pure material from a specific sub-region to create a distinctive tea cake. These teas not only serve as individual commemorative pieces but also help enthusiasts identify the flavor profiles and annual variations of different tea-producing mountains, making them valuable collectibles and educational references.
We now have 2 different choice of normal size tea cake - 357g available, 2018 Year of Dog and 2019 Year of Pig.
2018 Year of Dog - This year’s raw material is carefully selected sun-dried green tea from the Wuliang Mountain tea region in Yunnan and pressed following the processing techniques of raw Pu’er tea. Situated in a terrain of towering mountains and deep valleys with significant altitude differences and distinct climatic variations, Wuliang Mountain boasts complex and diverse natural conditions. Its lush vegetation and complete plant ecosystem create exceptional conditions, giving Wuliang Mountain Pu’er tea a unique flavor profile.
The tea liquor is a clear yellow-green, with a smooth and silky texture upon entry. The taste is rich and full-bodied, with a long-lasting returning sweetness and mouthwatering sensation. The overall flavor profile is well-balanced, complemented by an elegant fragrance and a pronounced wild mountain character.
2019 Year of Pig - The raw material for this year’s tea is sourced from ancient tea trees in Zhanglang Old Village, Xishuangbanna, and meticulously crafted using traditional Pu’er tea processing techniques. It exudes a prominent and uplifting floral honey fragrance. The taste is rich and full-bodied, with a slight bitterness and a notable sweetness and smoothness, accompanied by a quick returning sweetness and mouthwatering sensation.
Zhanglang Old Village, with its millennia of history, retains its ancient charm. The tea liquor offers a delicate and full-bodied texture, rich in depth and harmony. Its soft and smooth texture provides a comforting familiarity, while the salivation and returning sweetness break through the initial astringency on the palate, leaving a lingering sweetness and mellow richness.
