Shui Hsien Oolong, in English means ‘narcissus', represents a type of oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountains Fujian Province. The tea name refers to narcissus flower is because the semi-fermented process can create a heavy honey fragrance which is associated with the aroma of the narcissus blossoms. Shui Hsien tea was transplanted to Wuyi area from the middle of the Qing Dynasty (1899-1912) and became extremely famous on its high fragrance since then.
